Engineering Leadership · Architecture · Product Delivery · AI-Assisted Systems

I lead engineering teams, architect products, and ship software that holds up in the real world.

Fifteen years across mobile, full-stack, and product delivery. I have led teams, built systems used by more than 2 million customers, and shipped software operating across 250+ locations. Recent work includes Tommy Car Wash Systems, Nike, Amazon, Toyota, and PepsiCo.

I build the technical direction, delivery discipline, and engineering momentum that growing products need.

Today I lead mobile engineering at Tommy Car Wash Systems, where I direct technical planning, architecture, release discipline, and team execution across the company's mobile ecosystem. That includes the flagship consumer app and multiple POS systems deployed across 250+ locations. Before that, I shipped AR and VR work at 14Four for brands including Nike, Amazon, Toyota, and PepsiCo. At Two Barrels, I built an automation system that increased weekly revenue by more than $300K. I have also co-founded and led a development agency, managed cross-functional teams, maintained the open-source MAVSDK-Swift project, and taught JavaScript at Le Wagon. I go deep in the code when needed, but the real value I bring is leadership, judgment, and getting the right things shipped.

What I bring.

Technical Direction

I set technical direction that supports the business, not just the backlog. Platform choices, build-vs-buy calls, sequencing, hiring priorities, and the architecture required to support growth.

Architecture and Recovery

When delivery is slipping or the system is fighting the team, I simplify the architecture, reduce operational drag, and put execution back on solid ground.

Interim Leadership

I serve as the senior technical voice in the room: running planning, driving alignment, coaching engineers, and making sure product and engineering move with clarity.

AI Workflow Design

I design AI-assisted workflows that improve throughput without lowering standards. Better planning, tighter review loops, faster testing, and more leverage from the team you already have.

I build systems that help teams move faster.

I care about throughput, quality, and decision-making. Tools only matter if they improve all three.

The internal framework I use is called CADE: Continuous Autonomous Development Environment. In practice, that means planning, implementation, code review, and testing agents working inside a governed workflow with clear approval points and accountability.

The toolchain changes by team, but usually includes Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, workflow automation, MCP servers, and custom task-specific tooling. I use this on shipped products and client work. Infinite Miner was built end-to-end with this approach, and I apply the same discipline in commercial environments where speed matters and mistakes are expensive.

Used well, this gives leadership better visibility, gives engineers faster feedback, and lets a smaller team deliver more without relaxing standards.

Results that matter.

2M+ users, 250+ locations

At Tommy Car Wash Systems, I built and led the team behind the consumer app and the POS platform used across more than 250 franchise locations. The mobile app reached more than 2 million users, and the POS handled daily transactions with Stripe and license plate recognition.

$300K/week in new revenue

At Two Barrels, I replaced a manual filing workflow with an automated system built with Node.js and Puppeteer. That removed a growth bottleneck and opened up roughly $300K per week in additional revenue capacity.

Super Bowl halftime experience

At 14Four, I shipped an interactive digital experience for PepsiCo and the NFL's Super Bowl halftime campaign, alongside AR and VR work for Nike, Amazon, and Toyota.

A shipped product built with AI-assisted delivery

Infinite Miner is a live browser game with procedural generation, progression systems, and ongoing updates. I built it using the same AI-assisted workflow I now use in consulting and team delivery work.

Agency from zero, clients across two continents

I co-founded Polyphasic Developers and worked with clients across Asia and North America. During that period, we helped grow client traffic from roughly 1K to 10K monthly views and daily conversions from 1 to 15.

Selected work.

Let's talk.

If you want a technical leader who will shape the plan, lead the engineering conversation, and still get hands-on when it counts, send me a note. I do my best work when the stakes are high and the product needs to move.
